When will I receive my order?
All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday thru Friday). Shipping will then take an additional 2-3 days as we ship all packages USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number.

What are your hours of operation?
We are busy filling your orders and making more product Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We return emails and calls during those hours also. We will often return emails and calls outside of those hours, but not on a regular basis.
Where can you products be purchased?
Products are available for purchase online on our website as well as Amazon.
They can also be found in our permanent space in Richardson Mercantile in Richardson TX. We also participate in many local area Farmer's Markets, including Dallas Farmer's Market at the Shed, Flower Mound Farmer's Market at Parker Square, Irving Farmer's Market at Irving Arts Center. Please check our calendar for schedule of events.
