When will I receive my order?
All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (Monday thru Friday). Shipping will then take an additional 2-3 days as we ship all packages USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number and can also monitor shipping status via our website.

What are your hours of operation?
We are busy filling your orders and making more product Monday thru Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. We return emails and calls during those hours also. We will often return emails and calls outside of those hours, but not on a regular basis.
Where can your products be purchased?
Products are available for purchase online on our website as well as Amazon (coming soon).
We also participate in many local area events and holiday markets, and we can typically be found every Saturday and Sunday at the Dallas Farmer's Market (under the Shed). Currently however, due to the Covid-19 situation we will not be at the Dallas Market until further notice. Our Facebook page is the easiest way to follow our schedule.
